Problems must be resolved by mobilizing local human and natural resources. The needs of the communities have to be identified and developmental efforts made in conjunction with the local population.

Infrastructure is needed for its development. Gradual changes in the economic, social and educational status of the local people are taking place. Help is needed to develop Mustang in such a way that its cultural heritage is preserved and yet people live under better conditions. This requires help from the outside world.
